Are we the only ones to escape the snow?

No Snow up here...
For once, it would appear as though Llandegla has escaped the worst of the weather, and its the rest of the UK that’s suffering.

We have had no snow at all here at the centre, and only a dusting higher up on the trail.

The ice that was threatening the car park yesterday, is not as bad as we had anticipated either, meaning that a quick spreading of stone chippings has sorted that out, although do take extra care in the car park as a few small patches of ice still remain.

The trail for the main is in good condition, however in more exposed areas at the top of the forest ice is a problem, and extra care should be taken on these sections.

The temperature is currently approximately 3degC, so please ensure you have appropriate clothing and equipment with you for the conditions.

If you do have snow where you are and are venturing up here, please take extra care on the roads. We hope to see you all soon.
